Just a quick update - Kendra and I are headed up to the Great Barrier Reef for a little R&R this weekend. We'll be staying at a little place in Palm Cove and we have some exciting things planned, including snorkeling and a visit to the rain forest. We're very excited to hit the beach and escape from this freezing winter! Actually, it's been in the 70's for the past two days, but that's not sufficient bikini weather, now is it? Plenty of pictures and stories to come soon!

All Points North

Fourth of July
I hope everyone had a wonderful Fourth of July! Kendra and I spent the day with some friends at a local pub, drowning our independence in a plethora of Rogue beer. It's the first time Rogue has ever been available on tap in Australia and let me tell you, that Nut Brown did me proud. After a few I was feeling rather patriotic... until we decided to celebrate further by downing a few cheeseburgers on the way home. Then I felt rather sick!I hope everyone's Independence Day was as slippery as ours!
