Reality Bytes

I'm currently caught in a struggle between trepidation and anticipation. In a strange twist of freaky fate, I have somehow become a character in a play that begins tonight at the Newtown Theatre. If you're sad you'll be missing my acting debut, you've got nothing to worry about. I'm not in the play at all, I'm actually the character. Yes, Chelsea O'Donnell, the 27 year old Marketing Manager from Brooklyn Proper will be on stage for all eyes and ears to enjoy.

The play is called "Reality Bytes" and I've had an actress interviewing me for the past couple weeks, recording every verse and curse in order to accurately portray me in this "reality theatre" experience. I've gotten used to the random late night phone calls ("what wrist do you wear your beads on?" "how would you pronounce 'theatre'?") but now that the show is finally here, I am a little apprehensive about the whole idea. I'm only hoping I kept my trash mouth to a minimum and didn't accidentally do anything to completely humiliate myself. I can guarantee that my friends are going to get a kick out of it, and probably get to know me a little bit better than they did before!
